两种封装类型提供的通孔或表面安装选择。LH 型封装是经改进的 3 引脚 SOT23W 表面安装型封装，而 UA 封装是供过孔安装使用的 3 引脚超小型 SIP。两种封装均为无铅 (Pb) 封装，引脚框均采用 100% 雾锡电镀。
