Alaric joined Allegro in February of 2018 as Senior Director, Supply Chain after a progressive track record in the Semiconductor Supply Chain with highly successful companies such as Qorvo Inc. (13 years), Freescale Inc. (5 years) and TSMC USA (2 years). Alaric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tunghai University located in Taichung, Taiwan as well as a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, located in Madison WI.
Since joining Allegro, Alaric has made a significant impact on the Supply Chain function. Over the past two years Aleric has lead the efforts to retool critical systems and business practices/processes which have advanced the team's overall performance and dramatically improved collaboration with the Business Units, Allegro factories and key suppliers. The focus to date has been primarily within the Planning and Master scheduling areas and the results have been seen in terms of improvements to on time delivery performance as well reductions in delinquency to customer request dates. In summary, he has driven a cultural change that has transformed the supply chain mindset at Allegro into a "customer first" focus.
