The A1120-A1123 and A1125 are temperature-stable, stress-resistant unipolar Hall-effect switches for up to 150°C. Featuring dynamic offset cancellation, integrated regulator, and protected output, they operate from 3V to 24V. The A1120-A1123 turn on with a south pole, while the A1125 turns off.
